1. Sponsor

The Nowhere Coffee Co. × The Arrow at Archer Music Hall Ticket Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) are sponsored and administered by Nowhere Coffee Co. (“Sponsor”), Allentown, Pennsylvania

.

The Arrow at Archer Music Hall, Archer Music Hall, participating artists, ticketing providers, and their respective owners, affiliates, employees and agents are promotional partners and are not responsible for the administration of the Sweepstakes or selection of winners unless expressly stated otherwise.

2. Eligibility

​

The Sweepstakes are open to legal residents of Pennsylvania who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, owners and immediate family or household members of Nowhere Coffee Co., Archer Music Hall and The Arrow at Archer Music Hall are not eligible to enter.

​

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

​

3. Sweepstakes and Entry Periods

Each ticket giveaway is a separate Sweepstakes with its own entry period and random drawing.

  • Performance: November 21, 2026

Entries must be received before the close of business at participating Nowhere Coffee Co. locations on the applicable entry deadline.

​

Sponsor's records shall be the official timekeeping method for each Sweepstakes.

​

4. How to Enter

There are two ways to enter.

​

Featured Beverage Entry: Purchase the featured promotional beverage for the applicable Sweepstakes at a participating Nowhere Coffee Co. location and provide the information requested to record your entry.

​

Free Entry: No purchase is necessary. Visit a participating Nowhere Coffee Co. location during regular business hours during the applicable entry period and ask a team member for a free ticket-sweepstakes entry. Provide the same identifying/contact information required for a purchase entry.

​

Free entries and purchase-associated entries are treated equally and have the same odds of winning.

​

Limit one (1) entry per person per day for each applicable Sweepstakes, regardless of method of entry. Purchasing more than one eligible beverage in a day does not provide additional entries or increase the entrant's chances of winning.

​

5. Entry Information

Entrants must provide sufficient accurate contact information for Sponsor to identify and contact them if selected.

​

Entrants are responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide. Sponsor is not responsible for an inability to contact a potential winner because of inaccurate, incomplete or outdated information.

​

Automated, fraudulent, duplicate or otherwise unauthorized entries are prohibited.

​

6. Prizes

• One winner will be selected for each applicable Sweepstakes.

• Each winner will receive two (2) tickets to the identified performance at The Arrow at Archer Music Hall.

• Prize value is the face value of the tickets provided for the applicable performance.

• No cash alternative is available. Prizes may not be substituted, sold or transferred by the winner except at Sponsor's discretion or as permitted by the applicable ticket issuer.

• Transportation, parking, food, beverages and all other expenses associated with attending the performance are the responsibility of the winner and are not included in the prize.

• ​Winner is responsible for any federal, state or local taxes, if any, associated with acceptance of the prize.

7. Winner Selection and Odds

Following the close of each entry period, Sponsor will select one potential winner at random from all eligible entries received for that Sweepstakes.

​

Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.

​

Purchase and free-entry methods receive equal treatment in the random drawing.

​

8. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be contacted using the contact information provided when entering.

​

The potential winner must respond within 24 hours of the initial notification and may be required to confirm eligibility and acceptance of the prize.

​

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within 24 hours, declines the prize, is determined to be ineligible, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.

​

9. Ticket and Event Conditions

Tickets are subject to all terms, conditions, restrictions and policies imposed by Archer Music Hall and/or the applicable ticket issuer.

​

Sponsor does not control the scheduling, postponement, cancellation, artist lineup or operation of any performance.

​

If a performance is postponed, canceled, rescheduled or materially changed, Sponsor will have no obligation to provide a substitute prize except to the extent a replacement or other remedy is provided to Sponsor by the venue or ticket issuer.

10. General Conditions

By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions regarding administration of the Sweepstakes and selection of winners, which shall be final to the extent permitted by law.

​

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who attempts to manipulate or interfere with the entry process or operation of a Sweepstakes.

​

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify or terminate a Sweepstakes if fraud, technical problems, events beyond Sponsor's reasonable control or other circumstances compromise the integrity or proper administration of the Sweepstakes, subject to applicable law.

​

11. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, by accepting a prize, a winner grants Sponsor permission to publicly identify the winner by first name and last initial in connection with announcing the results of the Sweepstakes without additional compensation.

No entrant's photograph, likeness or social-media identity will be used for promotional purposes without additional permission.

​

12. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used to administer the promotion, verify entries and contact potential winners.

​

Entering the Sweepstakes does not constitute consent to receive marketing email or text messages from Sponsor or promotional partners. Any marketing consent must be obtained separately.

​

13. Release and Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Pennsylvania law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Archer Music Hall, The Arrow at Archer Music Hall, participating artists, ticket providers and their respective affiliates, owners, officers, employees and agents from claims arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession or use of a prize, except for claims that cannot legally be waived.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate or misdirected entries or for technical or other failures beyond Sponsor's reasonable control.

​

14. Social Media Disclaimer

The Sweepstakes may be advertised through social media but are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta, or any other social-media platform.

​

Entrants release such platforms from responsibility relating to the Sweepstakes to the extent permitted by law.

​

15. Governing Law

The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

​

Any dispute arising from a Sweepstakes shall be subject to applicable Pennsylvania and federal law.
