1 Full-Time Barista (25-36 hours per week)
1 Part-Time Barista (Minimum 12 hours / 3 shifts per week)
Both positions require weekend morning and afternoon availability.

$20.50/hour guaranteed minimum compensation for every hour worked

Our guaranteed minimum includes wages and tips. If wages + tips don't reach $20.50/hour, we make up the difference. That guarantee applies to every hour worked — including opening, closing, training, and other time when tips aren't being generated.
