SCA trained Roastmaster Juan Vargas is Now roasting micro batches of 100% certified organic coffee on his Allio Bullet Roaster. Recipe development for our coffee program is underway and our sights are set on purchasing a full size roaster in the next few weeks.

We've been cold brewing our first Nowhere bean, a natural processed bean from Costa Rica. We've fallen in love with the notes of honey and plum, and can't wait to start brewing this hot.
